Send Church has today (23rd January 2008) been awarded the Guildford Life with style award for 2007/8 in the "Leisure Attractions" category, sponsored by the Surrey Advertiser newspaper.

The awards were handed out at a ceremony at The Guildhall in Guildford on January 23, with the winners receiving a trophy and certificate.
They were judged by a panel of senior executives from organisations across the borough, including sponsors of the Marketing Guildford campaign.
The Surrey Advertiser proudly sponsored the Visitor Attraction of the Year category, recognising a venue that offers activities for a wide range of visitors.
The winner was Send Church.
Guildford Town Guides came in as the runner-up.
The other contenders were Watts Gallery, RHS Wisley and Surrey Hills Llamas.
