The Church receives with joy those who are to be baptized. We welcome all such candidates and we are committed to upholding them in their new life in Christ. Together with parents and godparents we are trusting in God for their growth in faith. Whilst the majority of baptisms are of children, who may later take their own decision to come forward for confirmation, anyone - of whatever age - who wishes to publicly declare their Christian faith may be baptised and welcomed into the family of the Church.
